Ivy Cottage is a delightful, end-terrace cottage situated in the village of Pulham St Mary near to the town of Diss in Norfolk. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms, including one double and one pull-out stacker bed in a small single bedroom, as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 2 cars and a private, lawned garden with furniture. Ivy Cottage is a lovely cottage in an attractive village in Norfolk.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private lawned garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Cottage is on a through road with a weight limit, some road noise may be heard but lorries are restricted. Note: This cottage has steep stairs and may not be suitable for the less mobile. Note: If pull-out stacker bed used, beds are accessed from end only.
